Founded by Henu Cronje, a Free State native with an entrepreneurial spirit and an enduring love for the African bushveld, our story is rooted in a deep appreciation for nature and a commitment to sharing its wonders with others.
Born into a farming family in the heart of South Africa, Henu’s early life instilled in him a strong work ethic and a profound respect for the land. His passion for hunting ignited in his youth and has remained a guiding force throughout his life’s journey. As a successful businessman and entrepreneur, Henu built numerous thriving ventures across South Africa and the wider continent. Yet, despite his achievements in the corporate world, the call of the wild consistently drew him back to the safari experience. He found immense fulfillment in guiding others, sharing his extensive knowledge of the outdoors, and creating unforgettable adventures.
This passion for exploration and the African wilderness became a family affair. Together with his wife and three children, Henu embarked on extensive overland journeys through Southern Africa, immersing themselves in the diverse cultures and breathtaking landscapes of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. These firsthand experiences across numerous national parks, fishing destinations, and hunting grounds provided invaluable insights into the nuances of each region.
Over fifteen years ago, Henu’s deep-seated love for Africa and his professional acumen converged with the establishment of Infinite Safaris Africa. Initially focused on crafting exceptional corporate group hunts, the foundation of the company was built on a client-centered approach and a genuine desire to showcase the best of Africa.
